Excess amt debit from balance for sending sms from 9440337042

Dear Sir,

I sent several sms to Zee Telugu programme "messege kottandi money pattandi" at 12.00 midnight at that time iam having credit balance around Rs.1850/- but i have checked today morning i.e.02-01 the credit balance is showing around 1100/- so many amt was debited. please reverse the excess debited from the balance. my bsal complaint registration no is 208621
