Alance cut in my phone

Dear Sir,

Sir yesterday afternoon (1-12) around 1:30pm my balance was around 30 Rs. When I saw it 4:30pm it went into negative 25 Rs. I couldn't activated any services between 1:30 pm & 4:30 pm and not sent excess messages also. I am in "power pack" offer, my mobile no. is 9440788450.I requested so many times to customer care people but my balance is still in negative. They said "request has sent to manager, within short time we rectify the problem". Still my balance is in negative. Sir please try to recover my balance.
