Sir, three days ago, i got a lifetime pre-paid sim for my wife by submitting relevant documents alongwith application, paying rs.49/- at local bsnl office at Nagpur.as promised the numberi, e. (09404080067), was activated with full service. today, the service has been discontinued with no apparant reason. nither incoming nor outgoing facility is available. limited service is displayed on the mobile screen. i have lodged a complain regarding on tollfree no, 24365. but so far there is no remedy to this problem. kindly address this complain to the proper autherity so that i may nget regular service.
