Emoval of "caller tune"

To anybody reding this complaint...

i hv been using bsnl for the last 4-5 years...

i have well used all the services provided by the company...

now for the past 4-5 months...

i hv been facing a big problem regarding my caller tune...

i'v tried to call the customer care...

they ensured me of removing the caller tune... but all waste...

as a matter of fact... now i feel iv spent more money in removing that "caller tune"... rather than.trying for new ones...

now its a plee to u to kindly remove it... as it is a unbearable dump tu my my callers...
