Our company has having landline 020-2614002 at Lloyds Chamber, Mangalwar Peth. We have shifted our office in May & we had to get our previous landline no changed to this no.our phone was being frequently dead in September & October. After lot of complaints we got it ok.
rEGARDING bILLS: sINCE mAY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED SINGLE ORINGINAL BILL FROM BSNL, each time we have to go to their bhavani peth office to get bill. There also never gets the Original Bill, after waiting gives the duplicate bill. And asks to enquire in post office for bills, when enquired in post office they said we have stopped to distribute bsnl bills, enquire to bsnl only. Each month we have to send someone 2-3 times in a month for getting this bill, wasting time, manpower & money. Though we are customer we have to bear this to avoid any inconvience by BSNl if bills not paid in time. Please look into this matter.
