Landline 26692868 is dead since 07/07.I have already lodged complaint at BSNL exchange, yerawada, but still no action is taken. The telephone is very much need due to some medical reason to our house. It has been noticed that some culprits are playing with the wires at junction box to which my phone is connected, as the box is without shutter. So kindly do favour for me. Also if possible change the instrument as it some times get faulty due to its loose cradle & buttons.
