Less Transfer of Re Charge amount in C-Top

I have transfer Rs.1122/-C-Top from 9417030030 to 9417628333 on 12/10/08 at 16.02, Ref. No.285174133, But it give only 80/-Talk Time & 6 month Validity. But At that time their is scheme of Rs.1100/-talk time & 1 year Validity. I give written Complaint to BTI-2 Franchise from where I activate this C-Top Sim, They say we forward this problem to BSNL, But till date there is no reply. So Ur requested please, Do needful & make adjustment
