Hi,

I have taken BSNL Connection on 04/11 with 2000 rupees as security deposit at IndraNager BSNL Office, Bangalore. Telephone Number - 25231105, consumer Number-48228273.

After 2 years the phone number is changed to 25400805 by the exchange. After this date i started getting problem and finally frustrated and surrendered the connection on 15/11 after clearing all my outstanding dues.

i was told that the money will come to my address as a draft within 3 months. I started pinging BSNL office through phone but no one is responding (as usual). As of today its been more than 8 months and no refund. My wife is housewife and she is always at home. i am sure the money has not returned back from my address. Its really pathetic.

I am attaching the pictures of all the necessary documents.
