No outgoing calls working

I had several times complained to No 919400024365 . I have spoken several times. No action taken. Anantnag tower when it was opened I was getting full coverage. but now when more and more private towers are commissioned there is no coverage. Sometimes not all getting the coverage. After around 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm daily out going calls are not going. This was reported several times. No action taken. I doubt the interferance of Private Towers. Please take action
