Dear BSNL Group,
I am a residence of thakurganj and i am getting improper service from BSNL . Firstly before i had activated a caller tune. My money was cut but till now i did not receive my Caller tune.
Secondly I had purchased a prepaid service of bsnl. My service was till 7th february i reacharges it on the 9th of a top up of Rs.225 it was a lifetime sim. I got a days validity. Now neither can i call nor can i receive an incoming call. Now when i am going to recharge a value of Rs40 for a months validity the transfer is being unsuccessful.
So that is a very bad facility of Bsnl (Cell One).
Thirdly when i go to call customer care at 9400024365 it is always busy from the very day i purchased the sim card. Hrdly 1 or 2 times i was successful in calling cusotmer care for the caller tune complain which was also unsuccessful although he noted my name.
I will be thankful if you pay immediate heed to my complain. The sim is registered on my mothers name but i am giving my id for a reply conformation message. Please pay heed
