i purchesed a bsnl sim no - 9425960103. the company not informed me that this sim number was given to another person earlier and that person had registered two numbers to get facility of 20 paise call cost. after purchesing the sim i have tried many times to register my two personal numbers to get the same facility of 20 paise, but every time company regected my application.at every time call attenders of the company misguid me that they have provided me the facilities applied, till date of writing this complaint i do not get the facility as i confermed through call.
