Bsnl student plan
Student plan is not working like it is since last 4 days

I have got a bsnl student plan... and during last 4 days its been working like a simple prepaid plan i.e. i m being charged for sending local sms.. and when i tried to call bsnl customer care on 9415024365 and 9400024365 its saying that both d nos. do not exist...

worst customer support service ever...
