BSNL TELECOM SERVICE
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
Dear sir/mam
My phone connection number is 04147-224391 .We have taken this connection for official use. But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 or 3 complaints from net as well as through 1500 and Phone Booking and Complaints to J.E.
But this telcom. team not taking any seriously. They just call from his site but nothing result found.
Due to this we r loosing our customers.
I have seen never in my life such a miserable service.
Finally i use ur support. If u can do somthing for us.
I will be thankful to u.
