My tel: 23538882 and broadband under R T nagar/Kavalbyrasa is not working (dead) for almost 4 months. In between, they made the tel working for 4-5 days (still broadband was dead)
I am constantly paying for the service including broadband for past 4 months without any delay, still expecting them to fix it. BSNL is actually charging me for the services which I am not using.
What makes me more frustrated is the kind of repsonse I get from the authorities like SDE that" give your tel #, I will check it, will let you know..." and no action at all. even after constant follow ups, they will treat me as a new customer everytime when I call and hear the complaint like the first time. These type of "old government owned body mentality" is not acceptable and thats why BSNL is losing customers everyday (i have many private operators on my doorsteps to provide a better service)
I need my tel& broadband working; waive off the extra money I paid for the broiadband service immediate!
