Non-receiving of Telephone bill at residence

Sir/ Madam,

I would like to inform that I am a regular user of BSNL telephone at Rawatbhata since last one year. Previously, I used to receive my telephone bill at appropriate time interval.

But, Since March, I switched over to broad band connection. After that, upto 1-2 months, the bill was received by me, but now, from last 6 months, I have not received my monthly telephone bill at my residential address.

Kindly do the needful in this regard.
