My residence telephone 0120-2630832 installed at 3/184 Sector 2, Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad is out of order for about six months. I have made sevel written complaints to the concerned JE with copies of GM (Telephone). All written complaints were sent by speed post, and the lastest being that of 3 August. Today again I made another complaint at 8.24 pm (Reference No. 00980).
I really do not whom to approach for help. Will the concerned authorities please take care of my complaints? Thanks and Regards
