Fault in Instrument

Dear Sir,

From the time the telephone is been installed its not working. the volume is very low during the incoming calls.we are not able to do our outgoing calls. i have already given a oral complaint and web complaint. WEB/BF/93522554. but no action has been taken. I kindly request you to Replace my instrument or do the Alternative.
