Change of telephone instrument

I am a customer of BSNL CHENNAI telephone for more than

twenty .years. My telephone instrument is not working properly.

While making call by my friends and relatives there is no corresponding ringing here. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not work. I will be much obliged if you arrange to change the instrument at the earliest.
