BSNL - Telephone complaint
Telephone deed Nearly a month now

I have made complaint that telephone is deed on 29 Oct in BSNL, Bangalore. I try calling the laneman, Divsion engineer, till date (27 Nov) no response. Only bill come promptly to calculate money. GOOD SHOULD HELP THE PUBLIC
