I m from village mehind tehsil bijbehara district anantnag jammu and kashmir. here bsnl have build a mobile tower in 2006. all the persons bought bsnl sim cards hopping that they will get a good service. but unfotunately the tower after completed in 2006 have not been stareted funtioning yet. due to this all the people suffer.
