Hello tunes update automatically

Hi,

I am tejas from A'bad - Gujarat. From last 2 months BSNL tunes automatically download on my cell although I was not dialled any no., not sms any thing even not press * button then how can the service activate on my mobile. Costumer Care says we can't do anything.
