On 8th of jan we recd NET CONNECTION bsnl WIFI MORDEM from bsnl udaipur... the connection worked for 15 min & than it stopped working... a complaint was launched with bsnl complaint no..7320111... the person came & started our connection but he told that the telehone cable is broken from 4-5 places on road side so you launch a application with bsnl to replace the cable... we launched a complain to bsnl udaipur there was mr panwar & mr rakesh who assured me that the cable will be replaced on 20th jan any how..but... it was a fraud assurance to us . the cable was replaced after 4-5 days when we again & again made telephone calls to line man & bsnl officers as if it was our duty not the bsnl officers duty...
even the cable was replaced the two officers who came for the complaint did not have enough time to show us that our net has started working or not... we loged on to the net connection on 17th but the problem was same as usuaal
till today we r having same problem our net connection is in same position as it was on the day one...
