I had taken migration voucher for VENNELA TO VENNELA PLUS with voucher no000132203873.only RS.50was added to my account on 3-9. no migration was done so far even after 6days.the complaint no was given by the staff on duty on 3-9 at 10-52 pm as AP0309099726.iused to contact your toll free no 9400024365 every day.but i was verymuch astonished and felt unhappywith your staff on duty reply at 05.30am on today i.e on 7-9 regarding my sim migration literally with words MEELANTIVI CHALA VUNNAYI AVUTAYI EPPATIKO and disconnected me abruptly even though i request him to note my complaint no given on 3-9.
i reqest you to kindly enquire in to the matter personally and see such type of replies should not come from your staff as it reflects the name $fame of BSNL i wii be happy if you give proper reply for the delay of migration MY MOBILE NO.IS 9492389759.
