I PURCHASED NEW BSNL SIM 9493202075 A MONTH BACK. IT DIDNOT WORK SINCE BEGINING. WHEN I ASKED C/C THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO HEAD OFFICE WHERE I WAS TOLD ANOTHER STORY SO I DECIDED TO PAY 55 Rs AND CHANGE THE SIM, KEEPING THE SAME NO. BUT STILL IT IS NOT WORKING EVEN AFTER A WEEK.
