Builder Charging NOC
Society Not formed after 4 years of occupancy and Builder Charging Rs.500 per sft for Transfer/Sale NOC which is huge

I have occopuied a flat in and even after 4 years the Builder has not formed a Society. Now due to personal financial conditions, I intend to tranfer the flat to my relatives, and need to register the flat in their name. For this I need a NOC from Society, or in case it is not formed from the Builder. The builder is charging Rs.500 per sft which amounts to almost 5 lacs for NOC. This is day light roberry, how can this be resolved, pl. help ASAP.
