Pulling water by 1Hp above Capacity Motor for Building Construction Purpose

In Shree Ram Nagar Area, aside ring road, near Uday Nagar Nagpur to many residentials are doing constructions in two & three floor. But they are using corporation water for construction purpose. Every day 6.15am when corporation release water for drinking purpose to many plot holder using 1 HP and more capacity motor for pulling water for construction. therefore no drinking water receiving to others. From last one month we are facing these problems regurlarly. Please take the matter seriousely & get serious action against the same.
