I have PF account no. MH/92540/137 (Gr.4) at Kandivali Charkop office through my last Employer Bureau Veritas Certification (I) Ltd.

I have submitted withdrawl form no. 19 and 10 C through my last employer.

I recived a letter from Asstt. P.F. Comissioner S.R.O., Kandivalli (Letter Ref. no. MH/PF/KND/ACCTS/92540/IV/KND/317 dated 27-05 for submitting certain documents, which I have submitted in June.

I have not recieved my PF back or herard about the stage of processing from the PF Comissioner office.

Please inform status.
