Ladies seat reservation

Hi,

I travel in 378 bus daily to Electronic City. Gents occupy ladies seats and do not give the seats even after asking them and letting them know that it is ladies seats! They argue saying "what if we dont leave the seat? what will you do? " They start abusing... Even Drivers and conductors wont support.

So now who will take action? What are ladies supposed to do in such situations? Is anyone concerned reading this post atleast?
