Delay in Passport

Dear Sir,

I had applied for passport in 16-Feb and the police verification was done in March month but later i came to know that it is panding from Dhar SP office. it is panding from last 3 months and when i ask from passport office they never reply properly so please check my matter, please sugges me what should i do? my detail is given below:
