I have given many times complaint nearest to my home which is located just besides to the post office in Achari Street. Those guys are not at all responding to my complaint.. every time they say the same one to me (i.e, they will send the person to repair).. disgusted.. now i am planning to remove the landline itself...

Its a very big problem for me to give complaint bcos i reside in chennai na d my parents are in Nellore..

so the communication is very worse as the land line is getting repair every time...
