I have submitted Form No. 13 on 30.10.08 in the Office of North Zone, Wazirpur Indl. Area, New Delhi for transfer of my PF Amount from A/c No. DL/31244/271 to Current A/c No. HR/1176/3988. But, till date, the amount has not been transfered in my said A/c. You are requested to settle my account at the earliest.
