BSNL broadband website information is not available

Hello,

I am using the BSNL bbnd connection with 250 home plan. I had given an application to authorities to change the plan to home 750, but since the info website data.bsn.is always erratic, I could never check the usage and whether the plan is changed or not. It is really tiresome since we are getting eresponsible service from a public sector company.
