I was working with byond global for approx. 2 years. when they shut the company in aug they force us to sign some documents and paid us half salaries and remaining half was never paid. instead the owner of the company Mr. Tarun Jain threatened us that he has got the power and said do whatever. Also they denied to sign our PF forms and later on we got to know that when the company was transfered to Tarun as he bought it from Sonia Mehndiratta, he stopped depositing PF.
Please help me to get the PF amount for 2 years approx 70, 000 plus half salary for the month of july including incentive worth 20, 000
