Non working of Landline

I am a BSNL Land line subscriber in Poolakutty Exchange, Kannur District, Kerala State.(Telephone Number is 0490-2448378). I am working in Saudi Arabia. It is very difficult for me to make a call to my house as it is not working since last three months. So I humbly request you to do your best in this regard
