Kesineni Ticket Refund

I booked a ticket on kesinenitravels.com but the transaction failed. Still my card has been charged.

When i checked with CC Avenue, they said

"Your transaction has been successfully processed with the order number: 098030. For further details regarding the booking of ticket, we suggest you to kindly get in touch with the merchant by e-mail at: info@kesinenitravels.com."

And when i checked with Kesineni on 20 Octth (the day when i booked), they said, refund will be done in 7 working days. But still i haven't received any refund.

When contacted, Kesineni keep saying, we sent the refund from ourside... we are good from ourside. thats it.. and no satisfactory response and not even taking any ownership of the issue.

This is getting worst, if we get this kind of support, atleast i won't be interested on online transaction for these websites.
