As mentioned previously over the phone, although your payments are secured, there has been this huge delay for which I sincerely apologise. There have been certain internal problems at our end which is causing the delay, and the same has resulted in stopping of our work as well. I again repeat that all your dues (Approximately Two Lacs INR) shall be definitely paid, but I request you to kindly hold on for few more days. I know it is a difficult request I am making, but a previously unforeseen and unplanned for but temporary problem has arisen resulting in this situation. I would like to add that if you need some kind of surety, I am ready to provide you with a promisory note on stamped paper for the interim period till the payment reaches you. I again apologise and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your extended cooperation and patience.

AFTER THAT WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM... NONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. I ALSO SENT MY REPRESENTATIVE TO KOLKATA TO COLLECT OUR DUES... I HAVE ALSO LODGED A CRIMINAL POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM
