I am karan working as a CSA in Bhopal. On 30 June my wife Megha try to withdrawal a sum of Rs 1600 from his canara bank A/c, from ICICI Bank ATM but the transiscation was fail, and again she use the card at IDBI ATM and the withdrawal was made but on next day when she visited the bank her statement was reflection 1600 amount twice in her statement, and the whereas the transication was failed than how come it is possible that money can be deduction because money has not come. so he told me to register a complaint, and i given a complaint to the manager of Bhopal M.P.Nagar branch to Mr Pathak . and i went more than 5 times and asked the manager about my money.i don't know why these managers are not responsible for such a place. they simply playing with public, customers, and reserve bank should take immediate steps
