Inability to contact Bhandup-W, Kukreja Complex banch on published numbers

My 69 year old mother received a post card from the Bhandup-West Kukreja complex branch, where she has an account.

The post card carried a plain "Please call us". There was no number given.

The bank's pass-book nor stamp had any contact numbers.

I checked the website of the bank and found their call center number. The number was constantly engaged. After getting through finally, I was given two numbers, 2560-3255 and 2561-4886. When I dialed them, both gave, "Number does not exist".

I called the call center again and explained the problem. I was now given the number of the circle office, 2218-5241 and 2218-6975. These numbers were constantly busy.

I checked the site again and found a series of numbers for the main Mumbai Branch, 2218-52-41 to 46, 2218-69-75 to 77 and 2218-3803. I tried dialing almost all of them--multiple times; but all gave a busy tone!

Some more searches showed some websites giving the numbers of all banks in the area. I found the number of another Canara Bank branch in the area. They gave me another number, 2566-4887; which was different from all the numbers on any official site,

I tried for about 15 minutes constantly; the number too was constantly busy!

Now my mother will have to go personally to the bank. If only whoever sent the postcard had mentioned the number!!!
