Wrongly money swap

Sir,

my client krishna mishra having an a/c at canara bank, had swap money from the atm machine of corporation atm, now what happen that money is not available in atm machine but the same amt has been deducted from his saving a/c, after claiming the matter both the banks deny from the fact.
