Negligency in Fowarding Of PPO

I am an exserviceman from Indian Air Force. My Orignal PPO NO. 08/14/b/11921/09 was despatched to F-14-Competent House New Delhi-110001 Vide Registered letter no1360 Dated15Sep2009For onward transmission to Branch Manager Uttam Nagar for disbursement of sanctioned pensionary benefits. I have made representation to Uttam Nagar Branch number of Times but it is understood that due to the neglegency of concerned table incharge my PPO is dumped in the files. It is requested that accountability For delay in forwarding thePPO be Fixed and necessary action may please be taken at the earliest so tat i can claim my Pensionary benefits.
