The calls are been made in regards to My bill payment for IDEA cell, (9702042478) the said number is disconnected long back reason being at the time of booking the connection, executive had promised that I will get the following benefits.
1). Clip Free
2). 200 SMS Free
3). Rebook bag Free
and many other benefits, but none of them were reflecting in my account, I had checked this with IDEA customer care and also logged the complaint, very clearly told them that I will not make the payments till my problem is rectified which no body bothered to look at it till date.
I had received a notice in regards to same, i called at the given number but the executive said he will call me later, i have not received any call from that executive till date.
I informed the female (who is calling me), that kindly check you system for my complaint, give me resolution for same and call me for payment, but she was very rude, refuses to give her name and says I will send you one more notice.
I Request you to kindly look into the matter.
