I have a serious Food Safety customer complaint!!!
I purchased your Hakka Veg Noodles from Food Bazaar at Sahara Mall, Gurgaon (dated: 01 Mov bill no. T21/24127, Bill enclosed).
Batch Details of the pack:
Batch No.: 07/08,
Date of Manufacturing: July
Manufactured at: Shivani Food Industries, 22-A Daman Industrial Estate, Somnath Rd., Daman.
To my surprise I found a big entangled metal wire (picture enclosed) in it. (Metal piece and the pack, as an evidence, is lying with me!!!)
Can you please revert to me why this lapse has occurred at Shivani Foods? I need details about it and compensation for the same.
A company of your repute can not cheat his customer with such INFERIOR QUALITY product.
CAn you clarify, if control measures are sufficient at Shivani Foods? Is it validated? Is there any Food Safety system in place?
This is not acceptable to me and has made me upset!!
Looking forward for a prompt reply on this serious Food Safety lapse!
