I moved from Gurgaon to Mumbai in December. When I took the quotation, I was informed that all the goods will be carefully packed and they will be unpacked and fitted back after delivery. The goods were delivered on Sunday, 29th December. They came without the carpenter and tool kit to fix the furniture. I was informed that since its a Sunday the carpenter is on leave and he will come the next day. Many of my house hold items including crockery, sofa and Style Spa Cot was damaged. I was informed that person from the claims department will come the next day and the evaluation will be done. The delivery guys told me that the person who does the evaluation will find it difficult to carry the broken items with them. So they took the broken crockery with them saying that they will take it to their office and give it to the claims department.
I have been following it up with them for more than 15 days but till date no one has come to fix the cot and other furnitures and also no one has come to evaluate the damage to my household items. No one from their office has called me.
I want my furniture and other household items to be fixed by the carpenter. The damage to my household items should be evaluated and be paid for the damages.
This is a case of cheating and poor service. I would suggest that such companies that openly cheats should not be allowed to operate.
