I was aspiring for getting a MBA degree, hence had attended entrance exams for management courses, My name was in waiting list of a management college, But when the first provisional list for selected candidates was announced my name was not in that list, so I decided to appear for CAT and I enrolled myself at Career Forum FatimaNagar Pune, by paying 16000 rs. But on the very next day, a second provisional list for waiting list candidates was announced and my named was present in it. So now I decided to take admission in this college, and I went to career forum, and told them that I have enrolled myself but, as it was my first day itself for the CAT2007 course, practically I have'nt attended any classes, hence I asked them to refund my amount. But they refused to do so and told that they dont have any refund policy. But if I want I can convert my full time class room course to correspondance course but even then I wont get the difference in amount in return. So by paying 16000 rs, (fee of full time course), I was forced to do a correspondance course (which was around 7000, And I dint even get get difference amount of 9000). Even though I did'nt require a correspondance course at all as I had already secured admission to a college. Now what do we call this? Cheating?
