I had given my Indica Xeta GJ 18 AB 3673 for service on 3/11. at Cargo Motors, S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad.
Reaching home I found that the board in the boot which is hanging on two strings was broaken and not fixed by the strings. Immediately I called up the service advisor Mr. K.C.Bhatt and informed him that the service people had broaken the board. Yesterday, on 4th, I took the car to Cargo, Mr. K.C. Bhatt inspected the cracked board and started giving some stupid and absolutely rediculous explanation about the crack. His explanation for the cracked board was so stupid that made me feel that Mr. K.C.Bhatt was taking me forgranted and it was may fault that I bought this car. However I spoke to somebody on his cell phone and promised me to call back to do something, but he did not called hence this email complaint.
Secondly, I also showed MrBhatt that the rubber matt after washing were not allowed to dry and put back in the car with lots of water on the back with the result the floor became wet and startred smelling foul.. The service advisor takes lots of time to attend the car. There was also sand left on the dash board.
Please tell the Cargo service advisors not to do any extra job or add any extra liquid whis is not required that will only increase the bill amount.
I have been using Tata cars since long, first it was dieselcar, now xeta and next I am planning to go for Vista, but the service at Cargo motors puts me off.
