I have taken new car loan in April from Kotak Mahindra Bank for amount 295000/-. In October last week I sold my car due to finacial problems to me. At that time the Kotak Bank has taken 5.75% of principal (273000) remaining. My strong complaint is that why they have taken RS 16000/- i.e 5.75 % of principal from me.
This is looting to customer. Even though they have mention this in their agreement it is not justified. I am deeply herted and my financial problem has increased due to this type of loan repayment penalties. I have paid a intrest of 12.75 5.75= 19.5 for six month on the principal amout
Please help me urgently & let the case goto consumer court mention this to RBI.
My point is if banks can go to CIBIL for serching credit histroy of customer, then why not the peoples (customers) also should have bad bank list like KOTAK bank so that they can away from this type of cheating.
My personal view is that STOP all these type of PRIVATE BANKING which are caring for their profit & their share value
