Missbehavier with custome

Dear Sir,

I m santosh Kr. mahto wants to inform u that the staff behavior of SBI east patel nagar, Delhi (Branch code-1282) is very bad. One staff who is a cashier i don't know the name of that person But he always use rough language to customer. He haven't knowledge that how to communicate with customer & what is customer service?

Plz do need full about this ASAP.
