Sir,
Myself is KAMAL KUMAR having a saving account in your bank for last 6 to 7 years and have a some investment in your bank by some policies and funds.
As i have said you before saving account with your bank which no. is 1581 0 0009 1406, PAN No. AUEPK4182D and contact no. is 9810486072 . on 25th SEP. 2009 at 3pm went to your HDFC BANK, SECTOR-11, ROHINI, DELHI . They refused for withdrawal from my self account that time i had to pay the someone. Your branch manager Mrs. SWATI RAINA was not inside the office premises.
The person who attended me in your bank at reception and in the office replied me that we are not responsible for anythig whatever you have the problem contact with your mother branch, which is located in Ranibagh, new delhi that day i had not sufficient time to conrtac my mother branch and tthat was urgent to pay someone due to payment promise i had with someone.
While your other branch HDFC, SECTOR-09, ROHINI NEW DELHI for withdrawal.
Sir, I want the punishment for thosed staff, who are responsibe for this act from your side. For the sake of your bank reputation i hope that You will look into this matter.

If any my mother branch had any problem regarding any payment / deposit issue with me. What was the reason that they hadn't informed me it mean they are responsible for my harrsment.
Please let me know why shouldn't i complain to banking ombudsman, reserve bank of india / cosumer cell . for such type of activity.
