Reg-VAS Serivice cut Rs30 every month

Dear Sir

I am Amit A Telange facing a problem of your service from last 3 months regarding with VAS Service cutting for Rs.30 in every month. I have called your customer care and tell him please close my vas service. But your customer care could not give me response. Really Sir I am disappoint about your service

Kindly request you pl. refund my Rs.30 which you have cut since last three months.
