CATERING SERVICES AT SHATABDI EXPRSS
POOR QUALITY OF CATERING SERVICES AT SHATABDI EXPRESS

On 13.07.2009 I was travelling with my son from Jhansi to Agra Cantt.by Shatabdi Express in CC (Seat no. 63 &64 in coach C8). My PNR No. is 8232924422.

To my utter surprise, no dinner (meal) was provided to us during our journey. All the passengers travelling from Jhansi to Agra in the coach (roughly 20 in numbers) were denied of the services.

In this connection, I would like to hear from the responsible officer the following:-

1.If there is no meal service in between, why excess fare was recovered, which should be refunded at once.

2.If there is meal service in between, why such lapses and also the action taken against the erring officers.
